Aromatherapy

Aromatherapy is an essential oil therapy and allows you utilize naturally extracted aromatic essences derived from plants that help balance, and harmonize your mind, body and spirit. Additional benefits: Aid in digestion, alleviate headaches, get rid of nausea, relieve stress, reduce depression, lower blood pressure, purify, heal infections, open sinus passage ways, promote sleep, and diminish fear.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses guided relaxation, intense concentration, and focused attention to achieve a heightened state of awareness that is sometimes called a trance. The person's attention is so focused while in this state that anything going on around the person is temporarily blocked out or ignored. In this naturally occurring state, a person may focus his or her attention. This state is usually achieved with a licensed and trained therapist.

Thought Field Therapy

It was developed by Dr. Roger Callahan, with 30 years of research. The technique is based on an alternative practice using energy healing concepts.  This means that certain patterns in the Meridian lines (Energy pathways) are tapped to recalibrate the blockages that influence illness, mental health issues, and in regards to stress related disorders.

Energy Therapy

This is a form of therapy that facilitate a state of balance, health, and peace in a person. This theory is that when energy blockages or imbalance are present, illness and disease can develop.

Group Therapy

This form of therapy involves one or more therapist working in tandem to lead a person of 5 to 15 patients. These groups usually meet for 1 to 2 hors every week.

Recreational Therapy

This is a form of therapy that utilizes recreational activity-based interventions that address the needs of clients with disabling conditions, and/or illness. Therapist

work with indiviuals helping to restore motor, social and cognitive functioning that build confidence, develop coping skills, and integrate skills learned in treatment settings into community settings.
